Ingredients
1 box angel food cake mix
1 box chocolate or spice cake mix
Water – 2 tablespoons per serving
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, combine the angel food cake mix and the chocolate (or spice) cake mix. Stir until evenly blended.
2. To make one serving, measure 3 tablespoons of the mix into a microwave-safe mug.
3. Add 2 tablespoons of water and stir gently until smooth.
4. Microwave on high for 1 minute.
5. Let cool for 1 minute before eating. Enjoy as is or top with whipped cream, fruit, or chocolate syrup.
Notes
Use a 12 oz mug to prevent overflow.
Do not overmix — gentle stirring keeps the cake light.
Store leftover dry mix in an airtight container for up to 3 months.
