Ingredients
4 oz (115g) cream cheese, softened
1 cup (8 oz / 225g) sour cream or Greek yogurt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla (optional)
4 tablespoons sugar
2 egg whites, slightly beaten
1 tablespoon flour
Flavor options:
– 1/3 cup crushed Oreos (Oreo version)
– 1 tablespoon Nutella (Nutella version)
– 1 tablespoon sprinkles + 2 crushed graham crackers (Funfetti version)
Instructions
1. Whisk cream cheese, yogurt, sugar, egg whites, and flour until smooth.
2. Add crushed cookies or crumbs to the bottom of a mug.
3. Pour cheesecake batter on top.
4. Microwave for 45 seconds to 1 minute, stopping when the center bubbles slightly.
5. Cool completely, then refrigerate 2 hours.
6. Top with whipped cream, crumbs, or fruit and serve.
Notes
Use Greek yogurt for a lighter texture.
Do not overcook—stop when the center jiggles.
Chill for at least 2 hours for best flavor.
