6 tbsp whole milk
⅓ cup vegetable oil

¼ cup chocolate chips

Instructions
1. Whisk sugar, cocoa powder, flour, salt, milk, oil, and vanilla until smooth.
2. Fold in chocolate chips.
3. Microwave for 90 seconds, adding 20-second intervals until set.
4. Let cool 10 minutes before serving with vanilla ice cream.
Notes
Use Dutch cocoa for deeper flavor.
Adjust cooking time for lower watt microwaves.
Top with ice cream or whipped cream for best results.
