2 tbsp milk
5 tbsp flour
½ tsp vanilla extract
⅛ tsp baking powder
**Gingerbread Cookie Mug**
2 tbsp butter (melted)
3 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp milk
1 tsp molasses
6 tbsp flour
⅛ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp ground ginger
Optional Toppings:
Crushed candy canes
Mini marshmallows
White chocolate drizzle
Instructions
1. Melt butter in a microwave-safe mug.
2. Add sugar, milk, and flavoring (vanilla, cocoa, or molasses) and stir until smooth.
3. Mix in dry ingredients until a soft, thick dough forms.
4. Microwave for about 1 minute for sugar and gingerbread versions, or 1 minute 15 seconds for cocoa version.
5. Let cool slightly before topping with your favorite holiday decorations.
6. Serve warm and enjoy the sweet holiday magic.
Notes
Microwave strength affects cooking time; start shorter and add a few seconds if needed.
Top while still warm for melting effect.
