1. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a bowl, mix almond butter, honey, and 1/2 cup oats until a thick dough forms.
3. Adjust with remaining oats if needed.
4. Scoop, roll into balls, and flatten into disks.
5. Chill in fridge for 30–60 minutes until firm.
Notes
Use natural nut butter with no added oils.
Do not use rolled oats unless processed.
Store in fridge for best texture.
