1 package silken tofu (drained)3/4 cup cocoa powder2 eggs + 1 egg yolk1 cup coconut sugar
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line an 8-inch pan
2. Blend silken tofu until smooth
3. Add cocoa, eggs, and sugar then blend again
4. Pour batter into pan and spread evenly
5. Bake for 55–60 minutes until set
6. Cool completely before slicing
Notes
Use silken tofu only
Avoid liquid sweeteners
