Ingredients
Scale
1/4 cup M&M’s or other mini chocolate candy
Scant 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
4 tbsp milk
Extra candy for topping (optional)
Instructions
1. Add candy and 3 tbsp milk to a microwave-safe mug
2. Microwave for 20 seconds and stir
3. Repeat heating until candy is melted and thick
4. Add flour and baking powder and whisk smooth
5. Add remaining 1 tbsp milk and stir
6. Top with extra candy if desired
7. Microwave for 1 minute until surface is dry
Notes
Melt candy slowly to avoid scorching
Use a wide mug to prevent overflow
