3 cups superfine almond flour6 tbsp maple syrup7 tbsp melted coconut oil1 cup + 6 tbsp dark chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Line an 8-inch pan with parchment paper
2. Mix almond flour, maple syrup and coconut oil until dough forms
3. Stir in part of the chocolate chips
4. Press dough evenly into pan and chill briefly
5. Melt remaining chocolate and spread on top
6. Refrigerate for 2–3 hours until set before slicing
Notes
Use superfine almond flour for best texture
Adjust sweetness with maple syrup
Store in fridge for best firmness
