Ingredients

Pinch salt
3 tbsp milk
1 tbsp neutral oil
1/2 tsp maple syrup or 1/4 tsp almond extract

Instructions
1. Mix dry ingredients in a microwave-safe mug.
2. Stir in milk, oil, and flavor substitute.
