1/2 tsp maple syrup or 1/4 tsp almond extract

Instructions
1. Mix dry ingredients in a microwave-safe mug.
2. Stir in milk, oil, and flavor substitute.
3. Microwave for 60–90 seconds.
4. Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Don’t overcook — 60 seconds is usually perfect.
Substitute vanilla with maple, zest, or almond extract.
Top with almond butter, honey, or berries for extra flavor.
