Ingredients
4 tbsp all-purpose flour
2 tbsp brown sugar
1/4 tsp baking powder
3 tbsp milk
1/8 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
2 tbsp semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Combine flour, brown sugar, and baking powder in a microwave-safe mug.
2. Add milk, vanilla, and oil. Mix until smooth.
3. Fold in half the chocolate chips and sprinkle the rest on top.
4. Microwave on high for 1 minute. Add 10 seconds if needed.
5. Let rest for 2 minutes before serving warm.
Notes
Use a 10–12 oz mug for best results.
Brown sugar keeps the cake moist and rich.
Add a swirl of caramel or peanut butter before cooking for a molten surprise.
