Instructions
1. Whisk flour, cocoa powder, sugar, and baking powder.
2. Stir in milk, melted butter, and vanilla until smooth.
3. Pour into a 14-ounce microwave-safe mug.
4. Dollop peanut butter and chocolate chips in center.
5. Microwave on high for 1 minute; cool 2 minutes before eating.
Notes
