1 teaspoon brewed coffee (optional)
Instructions
1. Choose a microwave-safe mug that holds at least 12 ounces.
2. Add flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon directly into the mug and stir well.
3. Pour in milk, oil, vanilla extract, and optional brewed coffee.
4. Stir gently until no dry flour remains. Do not overmix.
5. Microwave on high for 60 to 90 seconds depending on microwave strength.
6. Let the cake rest for 1 minute before serving.
Notes
Do not overcook or the cake may turn dry.
