Description
This cottage cheese mug cake is a rich, protein-packed chocolate treat made in minutes with clean ingredients. Gluten-free, low sugar, and indulgent.
Ingredients
1 egg
1/3 cup cottage cheese
3 tbsp cocoa powder
3 tbsp monk fruit sweetener
Chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
1. Lightly grease a mug or ramekin with oil.
2. Add all ingredients except chocolate chips to a blender. Blend until smooth.
3. Pour into mug and top with chocolate chips.
4. Microwave for 1.5–2 minutes until set.
5. Let cool for 1 minute and enjoy!
Notes
You can swap monk fruit for stevia or maple syrup.
Add espresso powder or cinnamon for flavor depth.
Use dark chocolate chips for a richer finish.
