Instructions
1. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a mug.
2. Add milk, oil, and vanilla extract; mix until smooth.
3. Microwave for 1 minute 30 seconds.
4. Cool slightly before topping with cream or syrup.

Notes
For a no-bake version, chill the batter with yogurt and honey. Add fruits or Nutella for extra flavor.
