Ingredients
All-purpose flour – 4 tbsp
Cocoa powder – 2 tbsp
Sugar – 1½ tbsp
Milk – 3 tbsp
Melted butter – 1 tbsp
Baking powder – ¼ tsp
Pinch of salt
Optional: chocolate chips or nut butter – 1 tbsp
Instructions
1. Add all dry ingredients to a large microwave-safe mug. Mix well.
2. Pour in milk and melted butter. Stir until the batter is smooth.
3. Microwave for 1 minute and 10 seconds until the top looks set.
4. Let cool for 30 seconds before eating. Enjoy warm.
Notes
Top with Greek yogurt or chocolate chips for extra indulgence.
Use almond milk and coconut oil for a dairy-free version.
Avoid overcooking; the center should stay soft and gooey.
