Ingredients
3 tbsp granulated white sugar
6 tbsp all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/16 tsp ground nutmeg
1 3/4 tbsp vegetable oil
3 tbsp low-fat or fat-free milk
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Add all ingredients to a microwave-safe mug
2. Whisk until batter is smooth and lump-free
3. Microwave on full power for about 1 minute 30 seconds
4. Check that the top is set and springy
5. Let cool for a few minutes before eating or decorating
6. Optional: core center slightly to create a donut look
7. Optional: top with cinnamon sugar or chocolate ganache
