Instructions
1. Use a 12 oz microwave-safe mug.
2. Add flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Stir well.
3. Add milk, oil, water, and vanilla. Mix until smooth.
4. Microwave on high for 1 minute 45 seconds.
5. Let cool for 30 seconds before enjoying.
Notes
