Ingredients
4 tbsp all-purpose flour
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1/4 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp milk
1 tbsp canola oil
2 tbsp Nutella (plus extra for topping)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Instructions
1. Mix flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a mug.
2. Add milk, canola oil, vanilla, and Nutella. Stir until smooth.
3. Microwave for 1 minute 30 seconds, checking at 1:20.
4. Let rest for 30 seconds before topping with Nutella or cream.
5. Serve warm and enjoy your easy Nutella mug cake!
Notes
Try adding mini chocolate chips or peanut butter swirl for a flavor twist. For a lighter version, substitute almond milk or use oat flour.
