Ingredients
4 tbsp all-purpose flour
3 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp milk (dairy or plant-based)
2 tbsp neutral oil
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
Optional: chocolate chips or nuts
Instructions
1. Whisk dry ingredients in a microwave-safe mug.
2. Add milk, oil, and vanilla extract; stir until smooth.
3. Mix in chocolate chips or nuts if desired.
4. Wipe mug edges with a damp paper towel.
5. Microwave for 90 seconds until set but soft.
6. Cool 2–3 minutes and enjoy warm.
Notes
For a vegan version, use oat or almond milk. Avoid overcooking — every microwave varies. Top with berries or ice cream for a sweet finish.
