Instructions
1. Add peanut butter, sugar, and egg to an oversized microwave-safe mug
2. Whisk until completely smooth and fully combined
3. Microwave for about 1 minute
4. Let cool for a few minutes before eating
Notes
Use creamy peanut butter for best texture
Do not overcook or the cake will dry out
