Ingredients

3 Tbsp whole milk
1 tsp maple syrup
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch ground nutmeg
1 large egg
1 cup bread pieces
Instructions
1. Place butter in a large microwave-safe mug and microwave until melted
2. Add milk, maple syrup, cinnamon, vanilla, nutmeg, and egg and whisk well
3. Add bread pieces and gently stir to coat
4. Let sit for 1 minute to absorb
5. Microwave for 60–90 seconds until set
6. Serve immediately with desired toppings
