Ingredients
All-purpose flour – 4 tbsp
Baking powder – ¼ tsp
Granulated white sugar – 2 tsp
Fat-free milk (or any milk) – 3 tbsp
Vegetable oil – ½ tbsp
Vanilla extract – ⅛ tsp
Rainbow sprinkles (jimmies preferred) – 1½ tsp
Instructions
1. Add flour, baking powder, and sugar to an 8 oz microwave-safe mug.
2. Pour in milk, oil, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and lump-free.
3. Stir in 1 tsp sprinkles gently to avoid color bleeding.
4. Top with the remaining ½ tsp sprinkles.
5. Microwave on high for 1 minute. Check top—it should look set. If needed, microwave 10–15 seconds more.
6. Let cool for 1–2 minutes before eating.
Notes
Use classic rainbow jimmies to prevent color bleeding.
Add a swirl of whipped cream, vanilla glaze, or yogurt for extra flair.
Stir in white chocolate chips for a gooey core.
Boost protein by mixing in 1 tsp of vanilla protein powder.
