3 tbsp nonfat milk
3 tbsp nonfat plain Greek yogurt
Instructions
1. Combine all ingredients in an oversized microwave-safe mug
2. Whisk thoroughly until smooth, scraping the bottom
3. Microwave on high for 1 1/2 minutes
4. Check the center and microwave an additional 30 seconds if needed
5. Let rest briefly before serving

Do not overcook to keep the center fudgy
You can divide the batter into two mugs and cook separately
