Ingredients
1/4 cup all-purpose flour

1/4 cup milk

1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 tablespoon semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
1. In a small bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
2. Add milk, oil, and vanilla extract; stir until smooth.
3. Pour into a 12-14 oz microwave-safe mug and sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
4. Microwave for 60–90 seconds or until the center is just set.
5. Cool slightly, then top with whipped cream, crushed candy cane, or festive sprinkles.
