Ingredients
4 tbsp all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
2 1/2 tsp granulated sugar
3 tbsp fat-free milk
1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
10 fresh blueberries
Instructions
1. Combine flour, baking powder, sugar, milk, oil, and vanilla in a mug.
2. Whisk until smooth.
3. Stir in blueberries gently.
4. Microwave for 1 minute. Add 10–15 seconds if needed.
5. Cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Use fresh blueberries for best flavor. If using frozen, add directly to the batter. Serve warm and enjoy with whipped cream or honey drizzle.
