Ingredients
2 tbsp nondairy yogurt
3 tbsp oat flour
3 tbsp vanilla protein powder
1/2–1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
1/3 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup milk of choice
1/4 cup blueberries
Instructions
1. Combine yogurt, oat flour, protein powder, syrup, and baking powder.
2. Add milk and mix until smooth.
3. Fold in blueberries gently.
4. Microwave for 1–2½ minutes.
5. Let cool for 1 minute before serving.
Notes
Use plant-based protein for best texture. Whey protein may dry out. Add lemon zest or cinnamon for extra flavor. Enjoy warm with yogurt or nut butter topping.
