4. Stir in vanilla, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
5. Mix in flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until combined.
6. Fold in white chocolate chips.
7. Scoop dough onto lined baking sheet.
8. Bake for 9–12 minutes until edges are lightly golden.
Notes
Use fresh lemon zest for best flavor.
Do not overbake for soft cookies.
Optional: add sugar on top for crunch.
