Instructions

2. Whisk egg white and milk in another bowl.
3. Combine wet and dry ingredients until smooth.
4. Transfer to microwave-safe mug.
5. Microwave 45 seconds until set.
Notes
Use Greek yogurt instead of egg white for a no-egg version.
Replace flour with almond flour for a gluten-free option.
