Ingredients
125 g unsalted butter
100 g light brown sugar
75 g white sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
300 g all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
100 g chocolate chunks
200 g mini eggs (chopped)
50 g mini eggs (whole)
Instructions
1. Cream butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until smooth.
2. Add egg and vanilla, then mix well.
3. Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix gently.
4. Fold in chocolate chunks and chopped mini eggs.
5. Divide into large dough balls.
6. Press whole mini eggs on top.
7. Chill dough for at least 1 hour.
8. Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 12–14 minutes.
Notes
Chilling the dough is essential for thick cookies.
Slightly underbake for a gooey center.
Store in airtight container for up to 5 days.
