Instructions
1. Whisk dry ingredients in a bowl.
2. Beat butter and sugars together.
3. Add eggs and vanilla and mix well.
4. Combine wet and dry ingredients.
5. Fold in mint chips.
6. Chill dough for 2 hours.
7. Bake at 375°F for 12–14 minutes.
