Instructions
1. Melt butter in a large microwave-safe mug.
2. Add brown sugar, milk, and vanilla; stir well.
3. Mix in flour, salt, and baking powder until smooth.
4. Fold in white chocolate chips and caramel pieces.
5. Microwave for 1 minute 20 seconds; let cool slightly.
6. Top with ice cream or caramel sauce and enjoy!
