Ingredients
4 tablespoons all purpose flour
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
3 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 tablespoon chocolate or Nutella
Instructions
1. Add flour, sugar, cocoa powder, and baking powder to a microwave safe mug and stir well.
2. Add milk and oil and mix until smooth.
3. Drop chocolate or Nutella into the center without stirring.
4. Microwave for 1 minute to 1 minute 10 seconds until edges are set.
5. Rest briefly before eating.
Notes
Use an 8 ounce or larger mug.
Cooking time may vary by microwave.
Do not overcook to keep the center soft.
