How to Make No Bake Fruit Tart (Easy Creamy Summer Dessert)

No bake fruit tart is a creamy dessert with a crunchy graham crust, smooth cream cheese filling, and fresh fruit topping.

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups graham crumbs1/4 cup granulated sugar6 tablespoons unsalted butter melted1/2 cup whipping cream8 ounces cream cheese3/4 cup powdered sugar1 teaspoon lemon juice2 cups fresh fruit2 tablespoons strawberry jam or apricot jam

Instructions

1. Combine graham crumbs, sugar and melted butter in a bowl.

2. Press the mixture into a 9 inch loose bottom tart pan to form the crust.

3. Refrigerate the crust while preparing the filling.

4. Beat whipping cream until stiff peaks form and set aside.

5. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar and lemon juice until smooth.

6. Fold whipped cream gently into the cream cheese mixture.

7. Spread filling into the crust and smooth the top.

8. Arrange fresh fruit over the tart and brush with melted jam glaze.

9. Chill until ready to serve and slice.

Notes

Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.

Add fresh fruit shortly before serving for best texture.

Digestive biscuit crumbs can replace graham crumbs.
