30 Oreo cookies (with filling)1/3 cup unsalted butter (75 grams), melted3/4 cup whipping cream (180 ml), cold8 ounces cream cheese (226 grams), full fat3/4 cup powdered sugar (82 grams)3/4 cup Nutella1/2 cup whipping cream (120 ml)1 tablespoon powdered sugar2 ounces chocolate, finely chopped or2-3 tablespoons Nutella for drizzle

Instructions

1. Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor until fine crumbs form. Alternatively place them in a freezer bag and crush with a rolling pin.

2. Mix the cookie crumbs with melted butter until evenly combined.

3. Press the mixture firmly into a 9-inch pie plate along the bottom and sides to form the crust.

4. Place the crust in the refrigerator while preparing the filling.

5. In a medium bowl beat the whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Set aside.

6. In a large bowl beat the cream cheese, Nutella and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.

7. Gently fold the whipped cream into the Nutella mixture using a rubber spatula until smooth.

8. Spread the filling into the prepared crust and smooth the top evenly.

9. Cover and refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours until set.

10. Beat the topping whipping cream with powdered sugar until medium peaks form.

11. Spoon the whipped cream over the pie and drizzle with melted chocolate or Nutella before serving.

Notes

Whipping Cream: Cold whipping cream whips best and creates a fluffy filling.

Nutella: Any chocolate hazelnut spread works but avoid oily homemade versions.

Storage: Store the Nutella pie covered in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.

Freezing: The pie can be frozen but the Oreo crust becomes harder to slice.
