Ingredients

1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour1 teaspoon baking soda1/4 teaspoon salt1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened3/4 cup peanut butter1/2 cup light brown sugar1/4 cup granulated sugar1 large egg1 teaspoon vanilla extract1/3 cup granulated sugar for rolling30 Hershey's Kisses

Instructions

1. Whisk flour, baking soda and salt in a bowl

2. Beat butter, peanut butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar until creamy

3. Mix in egg and vanilla extract until smooth

4. Add dry ingredients and mix until a soft dough forms

5. Cover and refrigerate dough for 1 hour

6. Preheat oven to 350°F and line cookie sheets with parchment paper

7. Roll dough into 1 tablespoon balls and coat in sugar

8. Place dough balls on baking sheet about 2 inches apart

9. Bake for 8–11 minutes until tops look just set

10. Press a Hershey’s Kiss into each cookie center

11. Place cookie sheet in freezer for 5–10 minutes to set chocolate

Notes

Freeze Hershey’s Kisses before baking to prevent melting.

Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature up to 4 days.

Cookies can be refrigerated for up to 1 week.
