Ingredients
3 tbsp oat flour
2 tbsp chocolate protein powder
1.5 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp coconut sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup almond milk
2 tbsp chocolate chips
pinch sea salt flakes
Instructions
1. Mix dry ingredients in a mug.
2. Add almond milk and stir until smooth.
3. Fold in half the chocolate chips, top with the rest.
4. Microwave 60–80 seconds until set.
5. Top with sea salt and serve warm.
Notes
For extra moisture, drizzle almond milk before serving.
Swap oat flour for almond flour for a low-carb version.
Add a square of dark chocolate in the center for a molten texture.
