Ingredients
16 oz honey roasted or lightly salted peanuts
1 tbsp vanilla extract
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
Pinch of salt, optional
Instructions
1. Add peanuts to food processor and blend until smooth.
2. Once creamy, add vanilla and chocolate chips through the feed tube.
3. Continue blending until chocolate is melted and mixture is glossy.
4. Transfer to a glass jar and store at room temperature or refrigerate.
Notes
Optional: Add coconut flakes, espresso powder, or bourbon for extra flavor.
Vegan and gluten-free if ingredients are chosen accordingly.
