1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line cookie sheets with parchment paper.
2. Cream the butter and sugar together until light and creamy.
3. Add eggs and vanilla extract and mix until well combined.
4. In a separate bowl whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture until a thick chocolate dough forms.
6. Stir in Reese’s Pieces and chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
7. Drop dough portions about 2 inches apart on parchment-lined baking sheets.
8. Bake for 8–10 minutes until cookies puff slightly but remain soft in the center.
9. Cool cookies briefly on the baking sheet, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
Do not overbake the cookies to keep them soft and chewy.

Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 4 days.
