Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line cookie sheets with parchment paper.

5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture until a thick chocolate dough forms.

7. Drop dough portions about 2 inches apart on parchment-lined baking sheets.

8. Bake for 8–10 minutes until cookies puff slightly but remain soft in the center.

Notes
