½ tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp cookie crumbs (graham or digestive)
3 marshmallows
Instructions
1. In a microwave-safe mug, mix flour, brown sugar, cocoa powder, and salt.
2. Add oil, water, and vanilla; stir until smooth and glossy.
3. Fold in cookie crumbs for extra crunch.
4. Microwave on high for 45–60 seconds (depending on microwave wattage).
5. Top with marshmallows and microwave 20 seconds more until puffy.
6. Cool for 1–2 minutes, then enjoy warm with ice cream or whipped cream.
Notes
Microwave times may vary — start with less time and add as needed.
Use a wide 6–8 oz mug to avoid overflow.
For a richer flavor, stir in chocolate chips before cooking.
