2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1/4 tsp baking powder
3 tbsp milk
1 tbsp vegetable oil
Optional: chocolate chips or dark chocolate square
Instructions
1. Mix flour, sugar, cocoa, and baking powder in a microwave-safe mug.
2. Add milk and oil, stir until smooth.
3. Drop in chocolate chips or a chocolate square in the center.
4. Microwave for 60–70 seconds until risen and soft.
5. Let rest for one minute before serving.
Notes
Serve warm with whipped cream or gelato.
Add espresso or cinnamon for a flavor twist.
Store dry ingredients in a jar for instant mix.
