Ingredients
2 tbsp all purpose flour
2 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tbsp sugar
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp canola oil or melted coconut oil
3 tbsp non-dairy milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp dairy-free chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Add all dry ingredients to a mug and whisk.
2. Add wet ingredients and stir until smooth.
3. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
4. Microwave for 40 seconds (or up to 1 minute for firmer texture).
5. Let cool slightly and enjoy warm.
Notes
Use all-purpose flour for best texture.
Substitute applesauce for oil to make it oil-free.
Can use coconut sugar instead of granulated sugar.
