Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line baking pan
2. Soak dates in warm milk for 15 minutes
3. Blend dates and milk into smooth puree
4. Mix in remaining milk, lemon juice, and zest
5. Stir in oats and let sit 5 minutes
6. Bake 25–30 minutes and cool before slicing
