Ingredients
3 tablespoons milk
1 and 1/2 tablespoons oil
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons sugar
1/3 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
A pinch of salt
1/4 cup grated carrot
1 tablespoon cream cheese (softened)
1 tablespoon heavy cream
1 tablespoon powdered sugar
Instructions
1. In a mug, mix milk, oil, and vanilla.
2. Add flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Stir until smooth.
3. Add grated carrot and mix again.
4. Microwave for 60 to 90 seconds.
5. Let cool for 10 minutes.
6. Mix frosting ingredients and spread on top.
Notes
