2. Stir in milk, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until combined.
3. Add flour, baking powder, and most of the chocolate chips. Stir gently until combined.
4. Sprinkle remaining chocolate chips on top.
5. Microwave on high for 1 minute and 25 seconds.
6. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Use 3 tablespoons flour for a softer gooey texture.
Use 4 tablespoons flour for a thicker cake texture.
