Ingredients
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons white or brown sugar
4 teaspoons cocoa powder
¼ teaspoon baking powder
Pinch of salt
3 tablespoons milk (whole milk preferred)
¼ teaspoon instant coffee (optional, enhances flavor)
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons vegetable or canola oil
1½ tablespoons chopped dark chocolate or chocolate chips
Instructions
1. In a microwave-safe mug, mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
2. In a separate bowl, dissolve instant coffee into milk, then pour into the dry mixture.
3. Add vanilla extract and oil, stirring gently until smooth and lump-free.
4. Fold in the chopped dark chocolate to create the double chocolate texture.
5. Microwave for 60–70 seconds, depending on your microwave power.
6. Allow to cool for 1–2 minutes before eating. Enjoy it warm for the best gooey, fudgy bite.
Notes
• For extra richness, add a few chocolate chips on top before microwaving.
• Use brown sugar for a softer, more fudgy texture.
