Ingredients
Instructions
1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and 0-calorie sweetener.
2. Add the yogurt and vanilla extract and stir until smooth. Fold in the chocolate chips.
3. Transfer the batter to a microwave-safe mug or a 9 cm ramekin lined with parchment paper.
4. Microwave for 1–2 minutes depending on your microwave. A 700W microwave takes about 2 minutes 30 seconds. After the first minute, check with a toothpick and continue cooking in 30-second intervals until only a few moist crumbs remain.
5. Let the brownie cool for 1–2 minutes before serving.
Notes
Use gluten-free flour or oat flour for a gluten-free version.
Use dairy-free yogurt for a vegan version.
Swap regular chocolate chips for sugar-free chocolate chips if desired.
Do not overcook to keep the brownie soft and fudgy.
