Ingredients
1 small apple, peeled and sliced thin
1/2 tbsp melted butter
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp flour
2 tbsp softened butter
1 tbsp flour
3 tbsp old-fashioned oats
1 tbsp brown sugar
1/4 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
1. Mix apple filling ingredients in a small bowl.
2. Mix topping ingredients and blend butter with a fork.
3. Layer apples and topping in a microwave-safe mug.
4. Microwave 3 minutes until bubbly and golden.
5. Cool slightly and serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
Notes
You can bake this in a ramekin at 375°F for 10–12 minutes.
Add nuts or caramel drizzle for extra flavor.
Substitute coconut oil for a dairy-free version.
