Nutella lava brownie mug cake with rich chocolate flavor and a gooey melted Nutella center made quickly in the microwave.

Ingredients

2 oz semisweet chocolate chips2 tablespoons butter1 egg4 tablespoons sugar2 tablespoons flour3 tablespoons Nutella

Instructions

1. Place 1 tablespoon butter and 1 ounce semisweet chocolate into each microwave-safe mug.

2. Microwave each mug separately for 40 seconds and stir until smooth.

3. Add 2 tablespoons sugar into each mug and stir.

4. Beat the egg in a small bowl and divide evenly between both mugs.

5. Add 1 tablespoon flour into each mug and stir until smooth.

6. Place 1 1/2 tablespoons Nutella into the center of each mug.

7. Microwave each brownie separately for 1 minute.

8. Serve warm while the Nutella center stays gooey.

Notes

Do not overmix the batter.
