2. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl
3. Add egg, milk, oil, and vanilla and mix well
4. Pour in hot coffee and mix gently
5. Divide batter into muffin cups
6. Bake for 15–18 minutes
7. Cool completely
8. Prepare frosting by mixing butter, sugar, vanilla, and milk
9. Frost cupcakes and serve
